Default Wattagans

Hi guys I have seen a few posts on the site about the wattagans and daniels point road. My question that the posts do not seem to answer is could a jk with stock suspension and wheels make this track. Any experience that you guys have had I would love if you could share
Thanks

With stock tyres no chance of making this track if the track is wet which is most likely the case. If you do attempt it be prepared to be recovered a few times.

I have done it in a two door jk with stock tires and a 1.5" leveling kit. I wouldnt even entertain the idea of doing it with that setup solo but if you are with people that are experienced spotters and have recovery equipment with you it will make a really challenging exlerience.
Rock sliders are essentail if you like straight rocker panels haha.

The trail Conditions will have the most infulance over how difficult it would be though.

I am not sure about those tracks, but have heard that Daniel's road is pretty full on.

I do know that there are plenty of other trails up in that area that are worth an exploration.

I go to the Watagans occasionally but generally without much of a plan other than to go exploring.

If it doesn't look do-able or recoverable with only a snatch and my brother's pajero then I don't do it. Never run into many problems with this sort of mantra...

have an explore!

Tried the Wattagans in a stock Rubi. We dropped Daniels Point Rd due to rain. 10 cars 4 hours for 400m. Full on recovery throughout. Prepared trucks went fine. I got bent cross chassis member, bashed sump (lucky that's all) and exhaust damage.

This led directly to 35' + 3" + MTZ.

Reasonable risk of damage but OK with an experienced crew.

Where did you get it engineered? Planning on Daniels Pt as well but need to sort this out first.
