Default Coolant Leak

Hey guys,

I've noticed my coolant has been disappearing slowly. I can't see any leaks, and its very minimal however would like to get it sorted.

Anyone have any help to offer please . Similar issues, and/or solutions would be appreciated guys.

Cheers

did you check the oil sump at the bottom? if no visible leak there, it might got out from the plastic bottle breather, the worst case is head gasket, where the coolant got inside your engine

You can turn the Jeep on and let it heat up so you can try and look around for a possibly leak or do a pressure test for the radiator and coolant system.

Three possibilities as experienced by me.
1. leaking water pump... check around pump to see if any colour around it, same colour as coolant. If so, replace water pump or remove and re-seal it
2. Radiator cap not keeping pressure cos of vacuum leak. Coolant colour around radiator cap. If so replace radiator cap with new one. Cheers
3. Leaks in radiator coolant reservoir bottle.
