Got the control arms installed, the track bar is still a few weeks away. When doing the job I realised that doing the control arms was very important as the panhard rod was rotated a bit (because of the messed up castor angle). So my recommendation is to do the control arms (front upper/lower, rear) and A-Arm spacer in addition to the track bar/panhard rod.

Kevin is really helpful to assist with RHD/LHD questions and find the best shipment options for ya. He even asked me to send him a panhard rod so he can make sure that everything will be fine with mine.
I got from him the postage option with delivery within 3-5 days, but you can get it cheaper if you are willing to wait weeks or months (not me ... I want it all ... I want it now). No hassle with customs either way.
