Why is it hard to Start when Cold

still no idea cold or hot you must turn the key on more when cold leave on for 20/30 secs then it will start? and run perfectly?
must be a jeep thing

Ok just re read the whole thread again.

Have you got any LPG in it yet so you can try cold start on it.
That will eliminate a fuel issue and you must be chasing an electrical fault.

Do you have another car you can jump start off just to eliminate battery. Have it running so you will have good voltage.

And lastly when you say it isn't the fuel pump I guess your saying that it holds pressure so can't be bleeding back???

Ok its been a while and things are the same one must be patient to start the jeep I have been partially slack and otherwise occupied The new plan is is to retest the fuel pressure and replace every fuse in the car as the check engine flashes crazy ie short? after the fuses I will try a new fuel pump ...............so a new update once running its perfect harder to start if left for a few days one day I will figure it out

Have you replaced the inline fuel filter.

replaced the in line filter a few years ago about 10000 k might flip it if I have to change the pump jaffazoom it always has to start on petrol before changing to gas if selected.......the fuses are on order be after xmas I will replace all first as the check engine flashes like a strobe

the fuses are here just waiting on the micro fuses I haven't tested the fuel pressure again as yet xmas/new yr hols if you leave it 2 days it don't like starting my 2019 res is to solve this ................

famous last words I dunno what I was smoking that day but I tested the fuel pressure today and guess what!....................turn the key on and I get 48psi turn the key off and it drops straight away down to 22 psi.........
I think its time for a new fuel pump
