I've been considering blacking all the chrome on mine, there's just too much, looks good on a car from the 60's, not something modern.
Ye, im happy with how it turned out, i used plasti-dip as i wasn't 100% convinced id like it, but i do, so i will paint them properly next weekend.. agree on the chrome front, i absolutely HATE all the chrome, im planning on blacking everything out, including the roof rails and windows.. as soon as i figure out the best way to lift the Quadra-lift suspension, ill get it 2" off the ground and stick some 32" Nitto Ridge Grapplers under there, should look beastly

Not my look, but Batman and Darth Vader love it, and who would want to mess with them?
Haha, agree, different strokes for different folks, i personally do not like chrome and wish to banish it from my vehicle.. a little splash of red (calipers and recovery hooks) will add the touch of coolness I'm looking for..

Get yourself a bottle of this and thank me later (works a treat on all your exterior plastic also)
