Truss it now when it's easy

Here's a factory truss on a semi-float Dana 60 which was installed in an Israeli built Ail Storm M240:

Sleeve + Truss? I dont want a hardcore truss as it makes the axle lower, I do mudding mostly.

If you sleeve it I *think* it will be ok to better tie in the center with the tubes and the inner C's with the tubes, no need for a full-width truss. And who says you have to truss it underneath?

There are plenty of pics around if you search of trusses over the top.

also did you try Just Differentials they may do reinforcing kits (I haven't looked)

Another place is Blue Torch Fab

The axle has been replaced and my camber is back to normal now.
I didn't have a chance to truss it yet. Had a look at the Axle, and to me it looked very difficult to truss it over the top.
