If it's an Aussie Supplier, then I'd say it's an aussie supplier with cash flow problems! Probably hasn't paid his rent in a while and needed the cash back on the card to use.
But if this guy is a supplier, he has just burnt one of his suppliers. Not good business sense.
It would be good to know who it is so no one does business with him.

What sort of business sense is it to right off an entire country because of one bad experience. Not a good thing to happen to him but it dosent make sense and sounds like he's made more money over the years than he's lost - there may be more to it?
