Default 74 CJ6 4.0 engine swap

Tittle is bit wrong, i dont have an engine or gearbox. Just looking for advice , veiws ideas.
Ive a few bits in bobs ive kept around latley incase but now its time to just decide and get rid of my jording (jeep-hording) , basically ive got these on hand at moment.

D20 transfer
97GC , 4.0 engine
97 AX15 transmission
04 wrangler complete chassis, running gear, auto, transfer- blown engine
05 wrangler sport, 6sp manual, 140k, soft door option complete on road
Novac conversion kit with 3.8 engine, th400 i think to D20

I know , i know its time to go. Id like to stay chrysler true so the Novac GM is out really,
Any thoughts, my twin head wants to do the 05 TJ wrangler 4.0 and 6sp manual , im not affraid of working out wiring and mods, plus it will get a dune humping stroker a bit later down the track is the plan. My daily is 06GC hemi enhanced so im over the lead foot v8 fuel cost, though i have almost clicked pay now twice on a mopar semma conversion kit for 5.7. Grrrrrrrrhhhh puuurrrgh

What's the end game? I nice to drive cj6? I say the complete 05 gear would make a good swap, being all there.

got a 258 injected, mopar hesco kit bascically a 4.0l top end with a custom harmonic balancer with pick up for crank sensor. you could strip the head, injection system, computer ect from a 4.0 & just buy the balancer & sensor (about $400) or the whole kit about $3500. Starts good when cold but plays up when hot, american sites give this set up a good wrap but I dont think it worth the money, fitech kit looks much simpler & heaps cheaper, there are a few choices
