Default Surge/hesitation/missfire/ after start up

Hi guys,

Been having this on going issue where the car will buckle missfire hesitate what not regardless of if the car is hot or cold but always appears after the 2nd start up of the day , in the mornings its usually fine but have noticed it happening pretty consistently and at random times through the rev range.

Ive replaced both upstream and downstream o2 sensors its not throwing a code at all no engine light, ive replaced all the sensors on the throttle body and cleaned it done the spark plugs leads rotor cap etc .. and it just seems to be getting worse and happening more often what am i missing?
