I have just purchased this unit TX3120SPNP Plug'n Play UHF Radio Kit so I didn't have to mount it any where fixed and can be taken out if I sell the car.

what application are you using that for ? Can't see any specs on that antenna . that would be the weak part . You can do a stealth install which is easily removeable when selling . You really can't go past a mounted antenna outside the car

I just installed the GME 3350 today into my 2012.

Unit sits inside the drivers kick panel, along with my flashlogic remote start module..

Im going for the stealth look.

I tapped the ACC wire from the front compartment outlet.

Still waiting on my magnetic phone mount to use instead of the handheld bracket.

Great photos. Thank you.
That is the exact unit I am looking at due to its very small footprint.
I quite like your aerial location as well.

Did you use a standard bracket?

The ultimate value pack came with everything. I didnt use the bracket though as i needed to bend it and was of hard steel. Couldnt do it with a hammer

Instead i went to super cheap and picked up a $12 bracket and hammered away.

20mins later and wallah. Took out the old spirit level and made sure it sits levelled. Let me know if you need anymore pics.

I picked up the unit on gumtree at a bargain on sunday, new still sealed.

Excellent unit so far that ive tested.
