Price is More then reasonable in my opinion, maybe carsales isn't the right place to sell it. Maybe Gumtree or eBay would give you better results.

Price is fair however there are a lot of cars around the 13-14k region with 200 odd k's. People generally get attracted to the price point and won't pay the extra for the low kms. Best thing to do is give it more exposure eg. Side of the road + gumtree and drop the price by $1,000, then another $500, then another $500. Don't spend too long doing it either - you need interest and a motivated seller will encourage a buyer. Once the buyer is hooked you can counter their resistance and get them to spend more. Fun stuff, used to do it for a living... enjoy, and good luck
