It means that you have some other form of ad-blocking going on (no script, element blocking etc) or you have not reloaded the page after adding the exception.

Some antivirus programs also have an included ad-block or browser extension that is also causing issues.

But this is not something only AJOR will have.

That said, I have tuned it down for the moment.

Jimmy - have you looked into registering this site on AdBlock's free whitelisting service. Seems to be straightforward as long as you conform to some basic code of advertising practice stuff. Not something I've done but its apparently possible.

Some will have the whitelists disabled so won't fix every ones issues but probably a step in the right direction if its do-able.

And there are there are those that run on systems that are locked down or covered by codes of conduct..... adjusting settings etc isn't going to happen.

I understand your problem..... and don't have an answer, but there are down sides to rigid enforcement.

I'd love to turn off adblock for this site, but the popups and the cheap/nasty ads are absolutely killing it, targeted legitimate advertising is fine, popups/open windows with YOU HAVE WON A FREE IPAD or YOUR COMPUTER IS INFECTED are not.

+1 on the whitelist service.
