Does the phone Bluetooth work OK through it? It would be easier to swap it if it is the case. Am tempted. Assume it has wifi or something.

Does every thing your android phone can do. Use a 3g doggle and you have internet. bluetooth, usb iphone /android plays videos,has gps maps I use Igo maps which are great. Also plays music if you what it to lol

Default New 2015 JKU Entertainment unit
So I have the eonon GA5177F delivered and started the install into my 2014 JK which already has the Nav from the factory.

First thing I have come across is that the factory GPS antenna does not 'plug n play'. No big deal, it comes with an antenna that can be installed:

Second issue that I have come across is the USB for in the centre console does not 'plug n play'. The factory plug is mini USB and the eonon is standard USB. Hopefully I should be able to get an adaptor.

Third issue is reverse camera on the eonon unit is RCA, and the factory unit is not.

In short, anyone that reads this thread and concludes that the GA5177F is plug and play into a 2014 JK wrangler (with 731N), it is not, atleast not in mine.

Most electronics stores (maybe even JB hifi) have them mate

Thanks mate, I figured they would have to exist. I am less concerned about that and more concerned about the antenna.

I will have to put the old unit back in as I head out to Yalwal tomorrow afternoon.

Need to consider wether I take it to a stereo installer to sort it out, or sell it on and cut my losses.

I just ordered one. But I ordered the GA1577FS. Wonder if there is a difference?? Maybe a different harness kit?
GPS is a pain if it doesn't work.
USB I can live with - adaptor I probably have around.
Camera is probably RCA input...just need to change the plug at the end maybe??
But I am now a bit worried.
