Default Mystery Beep/Alarm On MY15 Diesel

I'm getting an audible beeping alarm at random times whilst driving with no error message, no stored fault code and no apparent problem with vehicle operation. It is a series of maybe 7 to 8 beeps from the right hand area behind the dash. Any ideas appreciated?

Is it a chime by any chance, say like the seatbelt chime?

What speedo display is the evic/dashboard set to?
I was getting random single chime warnings when I had the evic set to large numbers for the speedometer but no messages were being displayed - this was happening during highway cycles prior to having an off car dpf clean. I figured it was an alert of some sort but it never gave a message on the evic. The random chimes stopped after the dpf was cleaned - didn’t have BlueDriver back then so couldn’t check for codes

It could be the navigation system, My one talks to me when I am about 3-400 mtrs from fixed speed cameras or red light cameras. then it will give me a reminder Beep about 100 or so mtrs and then a final Beep as I pass through.
Its kinda annoying as the talking part is only barely loud enough to hear and the beeps are only slightly louder. Must find a way to turn it up slightly as it would be handy when I visit the big smoke.

Yes mate, though I do have the seatbelt on.

It's set to display analogue speedo and oil temperature.

I'll check that out mate, though navigation wasn't in use at the time and these chimes don't sound at the same place on the road like a speed limit or camera location, they are random.

I only wondered about the seat belt since the wife's mazda had a similar problem working out whether anyone was in the pax seat when she was driving alone. It was also random, obviously very sensitive. Her industrial strength handbag placed on the seat took care of it. Long shot...
