Its kinda annoying as the talking part is only barely loud enough to hear and the beeps are only slightly louder. Must find a way to turn it up slightly as it would be handy when I visit the big smoke.
Mine also goes off when Im approaching School Zones ( 40 kph )
When you exceed the speed limit such as 70 in a 60 zone ( depending what you have it set too, via UConnect menu) and she starts to talk to you, turning the volume up via steering wheel or volume knob for sound system, you can increase or decrease voice over, but she needs to be talking while you adjust it, Cheers mate I just had my finger on the increase volume button on the steering wheel ready for her to squark

I get a series of mystery beeps when I hit a good pothole or going fast over cattle grids, no lights, no codes I have assumed the speed sensors or something is not happy with a wheel not in harmony with the others.................... I do a single or couple of beeps for no apparent reason, smooth road, has me buggered and I don't have an inbuilt navigator..... nothing falls off so I ignore it.

Cheers Mate, Will bring it into town to a known loacation and do laps until I get it set at a good volume
Good to know there is a settings menu in UConnect aswel, hadn't got around to doing any research on it, but it was in my to do list, basically I re-added it to the list every time I drove through a set of lights.

Its bloody good if the speed limit is say 50kph as all suburban side streets are now and you happen to creep up to 60 kph, which is so easy in these, the voice over will soon inform you of the correct speed limit for the zone you are in, comes in handy if you are inclined to start your run early when you see a 80 kph or higher posted speed limit up ahead and your in a 50 kph zone, We are all guilty of doing it but Get caught doing that even with no other cars around , 30 kays over the limit, hefty fine $$$$ and for some, kiss your license good bye !
Just on a side note, its like having your Mother inlaw sitting in the back seat watching your speed down to a tee, if its going to give you the shits dont activate it
