Default Sunshine Coast Jeep (Sunco) Service

Hi...
Putting a call out to any fellow (wh) jeepers in s.coast.
I want to get the gearbox and transfer case serviced. I have read somewhere on here that Mark(?) at sunco knows what he is doing(think it was with the n23 shemozzle).
Has anyone had their auto and transfer service done there, and were you able to get the transfer service done with the fluid everyone here recommends(mobil424 i think isnt it?)...and any other success or failure in this area with gearbox and transfer?

Also, just any general feedback on how they are. I apologise to the sunco, but i have been on the recieving end of some shocking service (ie being verbally abused/sworn at, told i was an idiot and not to come back, etc) at another dealer service dept a whiles ago, so you can understand how that, plus the general feedback of most dealerships on this site would make me causious without a recomendation?

Cheers team.

I do all my own servicing and used Sunco twice, for stuff only a dealer can do.
1/ Programme a new TCM I installed sourced from the USA.
2/ Programme a new key.

Both times they were excellent.

As a mechanic myself In am fairly critical of dealerships and their service. However I have found Mark and his team to be excellent. they have handled my warranty issues well and without the usual bullshit factor. I think they'll look after after you and respect your wishes with regard to oil choices.

I bought mine from Sunco new back in 2007 and got it serviced there when it was under warranty I was happy with their servicing, Mark is the Service Manager and he was always very obliging, I took my own brand engine oil Mobil 1, they were using Castrol back then and I preferred the Mobil they had no problems with me supply my own.

I do my own oil changes now, if I have anything I can't do I take it down to Murchison Products at Brendale..Stu and his team are great to deal with and they know Jeeps.

Had the wh in at sunco at the start of the week. Dealt with Mark. Seemed pretty genuine and obliging to help even when i was chewing his ear off. Couldnt actually do anything for me, but that was expected. Will take it back again if needed...but will prob also try to get it down to Murchinson.

Stu Murchison has all the correct oils in stock and can do the auto and transfer service easily.

I popped in there recently to ask a question about my shocks and spoke to the service manager (presume this was Mark) and found him to be very obliging and helpful.
