A little bit hard to see but I almost drowned the Rubi in a waterhole at Glass House Mountains yesterday.

Water mark of where it crested the bonnet.

How high it was when trying to wade through to get out.

Luckily only a small amount of water got into the air intake. Should have checked water depth first.

Just a little bit of muddy water ingress. Just enough to soak the driver's and rear driver's side carpets. Need to remove and clean but the carpet joins appear to be stitched.

You can just tear those I'm pretty sure. Clean tear, goes back together nicely.

Yep they do come apart easily. When I removed mine for the tough joins I used a pair of tin snips for a neat cut. All went back together fine.

Yeah I was going to tear them, just ran out of time today after spending what seemed like hours washing the mud out from under the vehicle, then Father's day lunch with the family plus other commitments.
