Thanks to Bruggz I made myself up a press, however the bastards still are not going in straight. The just refuse to press the whole way in, I have put them in the freezer(should have done originally) to try and shrink the bastards before having another go at it. Should have left the bastards leaking!

Link to the instructions(from the internet somewhere) passed on by Bruggz.
Dana 30 seal installer

Installed seals

This seems to be as far as I can get them in with out any buckling, I test fitted the carrier and it seems to fit up with all its shims in place. I think I might just bite the bullet and bolt it all back together and monitor it for leaks. I now have some new outer axle seals too so it might be harder to detect when they are leaking but at least I gave them a chance.

It is a tricky job. That tool is not easy to use, because alignment matters. I did it all by hand the first time, and then a monkey at a diff shop stuffed one of my new seals, so I installed another set but struggled to get them in straight. I now own the genuine Miller install tool and it is dead easy.

Started the quarter panel chop and fold mod. After that install flat fenders, then mod rear bar to wrap around under the chopped panels.
Going to be in bits for a while.

Hey Windex im doing my TJs iner seals and i think the reason they failed was the outer seals that i fitted some time ago, the outer seals let water in and don't let it out so it makes it's way passed the iner seal.
I would reconsider the outers it's been mentioned on heer before i believe
