ok here is an update

i finally fitted my rear d44.

the air locker and 4.56 gears were shagged so had to put new ones in (damn). Also new brakes.

I made a light duty truss for the diff, and it has full floating axles. Overall is now a bloody strong diff and has all new bits. So i'm happy.

also i just bought a TJ off another ausjeep member as my daily driver, and this XJ will remain my wifes daily driver. finally a double jeep family.

oh yeah i fitted some drop brackets which are great. i highly recommend them

havn't done an update in awhile, mainly because i've been working on the tj.

yep got another tj as my daily driver.

the good year mtr's are off in favour of some yokohama atr's as this is the wife's daily driver. Swampers still fit for camping duty though.

high mount went on to the tj so put a 9000lb low mount on the xj. I plan to put a high mount on again when i find another cheap one.

new bull bar made and i'm pretty happy with this one. Coverage is good and it's strong, yet still marginaly lighter than an arb one, but has way more mounting bolts and incorpartes steering box bolts too, and will still fit high mount or lowmount winch.

future plans. Body/chassis stiffeners, sliders with brush guards up to the bull bar. New rear bar and tyre carrier that holds a winch.

few shots of the new bullbar
