Default Disable TPMS dash light!

Hi Folks

I don't know about you but as soon as I fitted non-standard tyres my tyre pressure dashlight came on, even after I made Jeep fit a new computer for other reasons. I found this, and plan to try it this Friday when I have a lift kit fitted

Dumb question but are you sure when the new tyres were fitted that they put the tpms back in?

I fell for the same 'trick'. Got home and the gauge hadn't reset. So called the tyrer dealer and found out they hadn't reinstalled them.

regards

Default Reset TPMS

Hi Folks

Apparently I am the only one having this problem?
I had a mechanic reset mine to it's lowest pressure setting, which is 28psi, with a diagnostic tool.

I've just updated that info here:
http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com/forum/...d.php?t=141446

Its only a permanent off on early KJs, later KJ, KK it stays off until it finds another Jeep.

Regards
Daz
