well the TJ is gone and it's time to build up an xj. our first baby on the way means time for a 4 door 4by.

so far stock. but...



i've still got 33 swampers on beadlock rims ready to go back on and a

warn highmount winch also ready to go back on


look whats arrived

D44 with 4.56 ratio, air locker and warn full floating axles. can't say i'll miss the d35




and just bought this to do all the fab work



bull bar is designed just need to make it



plans

RE 4.5" lift
BDS long arm kit
bushwacker flares
home made snorkel
home made bull bar
home made rear bar/tyre carrier
home made sliders
cargo barrier
4.56 ratio for the front with air locker
ARB diff covers

ok got some work done on the bullbar today

i really need a 15amp plug though, can only tac weld at the moment.

bar folded and put on the car


mounting points incorperating the steering box bolts

with the winch in to check spacing

side view of winch in bar

top hoop tac welded into place


might finish it off next saturday then powder coat it the following week.
