Cool ZJ: Roady's Red Grand

Well i've bought this car from Grandzg a few months back and been collecting parts for some major mods. First i bought a dana 44 housing and 231 transfer case from 1 of Wooders mates while i was ordering a heap of bits from Dave.Had a pair of air lockers fitted and new 4.56 Yukon gears, new seals bearings and what was needed. The 44 had to have all the brackets removed and replaced with the ones from the origanal 35. I fitted the 231 with a SYE before i fitted it in the car. The diff is back from the shop ready to go in this weekend after i make a pair of brackets to strengthen the rear upper spring mounts as i was told they crack with stress. Fitting about 5.5'' lift as i go with adjustable arms to get pinion angles right. The front diff was fitted with heavy duty yoke and universal axles to get rid of the cv joints all round. Photos to come as i finish each part.

Well its spoused to be by the end of July, daughter n grandkids coming for couple of weeks so need second car. Just been crawling round under it and mocked up my new tyres and found a small problem, rears rub on front of the gard but i've got an idea to fix it i think. This build up is starting to be abit harder than my other 2, mayb cause this 1 is abit more trial and error. Oh well you get that, all part of the exercise.
