well it's been weighing on me. I'm not happy with the approach angle. damn cad, forgot to draw in the ground.


i've redesigned, bar sits 2" higher and winch also sits 2" further back (a grille cut out will now be needed.


so almost back to square one. I could finish off this bar and sell it cheap if anyone wants it.

a small update.

havt done too much latey but here is a few things.

bullbar is been laser cut just waiting for the slackers to bend it up.

designing a rear bar but struggling for ideas.

cut all the brackets off the d44


then just for the fun of it i put on a 33 swamper on the xj with no lift, looks great but would rub real bad





Anyway i'll should have the bull bar finished in about 2 weeks as i'm pretty bush with work.

well got a bit a done on the bar today

could have finished but ran out of welding gas

pics

now 2" closer to the body ( grill will need to be cut when winch goes on) and 2" higher


now the lower section all taced ready to be full welded. AFter this is full welded i'll do the top hoops
