New boots last week pushed me finally to re-do all the mudflaps. Couldn't bare to pay $200 each end for the teraflex mudflaps, so 50 bucks at bunnings and 60 bucks on ebay made my own detachables.

I've seen an 80 series getting around Newcastle that looks like an F1 hybrid, its wheels stick out so far.

My old TJ had tyres just outside the guards and got pulled over for a random breath test. The copper at my door didnt care but his offsider made such a song and dance about it he ended up just rolling his eyes and told me get them fixed.

I said that I had wider guards in the way from the States and it will be right within the week. He was happy with that and let me go.

I bought some Wild Boar grab handles for the rear. I wasn't going to bother as it's very rare I have passengers but I came across these for $24.99 on ebay, Australian stock.

I had a feeling that they stuffed up and put the wrong price on them so I bought and paid instantly.

I was right. As soon as I paid, I noticed that listing had changed and the price went up to $50.

The other 3 people that were watching them missed out.
