Interesting comments on Outerlimits by Athol (he's an RTA Signatory):
they have been given no informations about this.
Also NSW Paliment hasn't sat since 26Jun and doesn't sit again until Sept - so just how has this been passed as law??

This STINKS of political Stunt. tried calling the ministers office today and will followup tomorrow - but even they knew next to nothing about this stuff.
My next call will be to the Shaddow ministers office

What I heard on this it was to be looked at nationally but was in relation to all vehicles with ESC. It extended to limiting changes to any manufactuers set standards on all components used in calculations made by the ESC unit. So not only lift but also tyres, brakes etc.
