I thought the pricing was pretty optimistic..........
$100 for a engine mount
$50 for a oil cap
$153 for a IAC
$132 for a coil
pretty sure yr local repco can do same or better, my local dealership did a coil for $75

i found rock auto generally about the 10 to 14 day mark.
I recon the cheapest way to do it is to get a set of working second-hand spares. when a sensor shits itself you put the working second hand one in and order a replacement from rock auto. then install the new one when it arrives and the second-hand spare goes back in the spares box in the back of the heap. if the new one is dead out of the box you know straight away.
I know this prolly sounds totally Over the top. but once you have been charged for $100 over what you could land something from rock auto, from the locals and have it dead out of the box, and not knowing, you to buy another part, paying way over the odds.
Leaves a bad taste in yr mouth. all the wasted money, time and fvk'n about.
you can prolly get a complete set of working second-hand sensors for the price of a tank of fuel. Prety cheap insurance IMHO.

This is what I do with all my older cars, its just so convenient to have a running spare vehicle
Rock Auto is cheap.
I Ebay'd a crank sensor from China for $8 recently, its probably the same one sold in Oz for $~75
also have a spare new dizzy, TPS, starter motor, alternator, fuel pump etc
bought these for about $100 total off a guy that was getting out of XJs
You do need a little space tho, I was at my mates place, having a beer and mentioned to him that all his cars & machinery were like cattle

Thanks for your help guys. I took the XJ to a mates mechanic and suggested it could be the CPS. And it was. The CPS has been replaced and the ol trusty XJ is running again. Also, I got the mechanic to replace the O ring on the oil filter adaptor as it was leaking badly. So all is good (till next time)
