Look at correction values A/C versus non A/C, in Drive and in Neutral, cold vs warm.
Start first with the setup that causes the bad idle and also poke around and explore other conditions.
If all injectors are less than +/-3, then move on to actual rail pressure vs desired rail pressure to see if the pressure regulator might be behind it.
We've had a recent topic of a guy from Italy which also had symptoms that did not seem very consistent, turned out to be a cracked injector.

Strange, I have a similar "issue" with injector 4 too. Took the injector out for testing, it checked out fine. So I will leave it as-is.
Apparently it's no big deal until you get to the +/- 5 range.

You have the surging issue?
5 looks to be starting to leak.
I'll do both when I get around to it.

No surge, praise all the gods!
WJ Diag Pro did not exist when I had the pulsing / surge problem, I just used the fuel return test.
The correction values account for injector nozzle wear and cylinder wear, I suspect excessive return might not be caught by this.
