Angry Omg!!

Hi all - my WJ V8 - has started to start stalling the most inconvenient times - well, dangerous in fact. I live in the Pilbara so not a lot of time to go back and forth to get sorted. So, I am replacing the MAP sensor, the throttle position sensor and the crankshaft senor.

I have already replaced the idle control value.

Hopefully this will hit the spot.

Has been coughing and spluttering from time to time, and than as above, stalling.

Has anyone else had these sort of probs??

Regards

Ray

Cheers,

Checked the fuel filter ?? and fuel pump pressure ?? That was the problem I was having with these exact symptoms. Sensors would throw a code.

Default Thanks

Thanks, Guys - appreciate the advice. Yes the 'three switches on the key' showed the code related to the MAP.
