yeah mate it is the IE6 bit . i remember a couple of people saying way back that the electrical part was configured for IE6, when these manuals first came to light.
I have Win7 pro, so I used the XP mode to force install IE6 & got it wto work that way. You could also use an XP image/installation in VMware player (as I use for XP mode) to run it.
