Funny thing.... ever since all this trouble with over heating, I've noticed me misses is always looking at the gauges now. And I thought I was the paranoid one

Ill get acouple of pics up hopefully tomorrow of my autometer trans and water temp gauges mounted on the pillar.

I'm using the PWR cooler that carves gave a link to. It's the biggest one in their lineup and more then does the job. Maybe alittle hard to fit for those that still have aircon you might have to section the back of the grill for enough room. I just layed the cooler on its side infront of the thermo fan, the hoses come out of the cooler and straight through one of the holes in the radiator support back to the box. Looks pretty neat and left plenty of room on the other side for another small cooler for the power steering.

Here are pics of my cooler installed. Oil goes to the new cooler at the bottom first, then to the original relocated cooler, and back to the trans. I have bypassed the radiator. The new cooler is 1.5" thick, so I had to grind some clearance into the nose cone of the car, but with the grill in place, it all looks good.

For those of you that have the temp sensor in the return line what temps are you seeing?
I haven't had the temps over around 70c so far with the pwr cooler and bypassed radiator. That said i haven't had a chance to throw on the 33's and have a play in the rough stuff just yet.
