Yeah. But Grandpa is of the opinion that it takes about 3 months full time to learn to weld, and anything less is nothing. And that's just with a stick - then you have to start on the MIG, etc.

Excellent. Teach people not to walk so close to my car. Also teach them a thing or two if they open their doors too wide when parked beside me. They can go for it, at their leisure.

Still haven't added the checker plate. I'll get 'round to it eventually.
The dodgy sway bar bits come off soon though, as soon as my new RE discos arrive, any day now!

disagree. it takes FOREVER to learn how to weld. You will always be learning to weld. Practice makes perfect......but as some poet dude said no one/anything is perfect.

welding is a mugs game.. Ill pay someone to do it.. Im crap at it.. I know Im crap at it so I see no need to turn something into crap because Im crap at welding.
