I was planning on re sticking the existing material.
Do you think if I removed the trim pieces & brushed all the foam stuff that causes the problem off, I could just re glue the lining?
Its strange that it is so loose in the cold & goes tight in the heat. I didnt think the roof would expand that much more than the fabric.

I have heard of people trying this, I haven't heard of any great success stories with it...

Cypher it seems you are now eligable to join the group; "what have you had to redo because of not doing it right the first time?"

I was going to reuse the existing lining too but that would've been far too much effort to get it to all line up nicely with the existing holes and such. Could reglue the material on without foam but it prob wouldn't look as nice.

Don't I know it...pretty sure I'm going to need to re-do my leaf spring bushes again in the near future...sigh...on that topic, with the whole "don't tighten the bolts till its on the ground" thing, does that apply to the u-bolts as well? And I'm still trying to figure out these friggen rear brakes...it almost feels like the drums are warped but they're practically brand new

So the material you used had the foam backing? How much was it and did it come in light grey?

Nah I got the foam seperately from Clark Rubber, the material was just something I found on the rack in Spotlight, I couldn't find a light grey thought I didn't look all that hard, once I spotted the charcoal I settled (impatient much?)
