Just trying to upload a photo of my GC as im running 17" steelies with +30 offset on them, before the lift i was rubbing the inner wall on the back end of the tyre on full lock but after the 2" dobby lift it seems to have stopped it all together

Could only get this image to work ill get more later, I'm yet to do the pinchweld mod just for peace of mind but being my tyres are balding its not priority atm. But the sunnys im running are the D pattern ones in 17" and they're either one or two inches widder than the standerd rims that came on the GC as well couldnt reccomend them enough to anyone thats thinking about getting one fits well and clears brakes looks nice

Thanks for the reply, that's exactly what I am after! I had a good chance to look into my front wheel wells today and there has been some rubbing on the pinch weld and also on the back inside of the wheel arch. I've got the lift sitting on the floor and need to decide if I go with new wheels or weird tyres.

No stress man, honestly i love the steelies it really sets the car off and make it less soccer momy haha! Personally put the lift in get the pinch weld done from the same place if they can so it saves you from stripping and doing it at a later date, atleast that way youve got that peace of mind knowing you can put the bigger tyres on without any hassles!

I had the dynamic steels on the Commander +30 offset, nice rim, no rubbing problems at all with 265/65x 17's.
The only issue was the center bore was larger, so I had to machine up some centering caps.

255 75 17 is also a good option slightly larger than the 265 70 17 ends up being a 32" im running these on a OME HD lift.
