Default XJ 95 Trouble Starting - Coolant Sensor - Lights Flicker On/Off

Hey Guys I need ya help!! Any information would be greatfully appreciated thanks
So I have a 1995 Jeep Cherokee XJ Auto 4Ltr
Long story short when i first starting having issues. Starting her while cold wasn't an issue but after about 10 or so minutes of running after that she wouldn't start, and if I pressed the accelerator she would putter out.
Then the alternator was changed and it was better, still the same issue of not being able to start but now she would start if i pumped the gas pedal a few times.
Then the coolant sensor was changed but still the same issue.
Check engine light is on all the time and the ABS light comes on and off randomly. Also the dash gauges like the speedo stopped working and the headlights flicker on and off every time it's driven.

Straight after the coolant sensor was changed the computer was tested.

Below is the diagnostic trouble codes:
*P0645 - Open os shorted condition detected in the A/C clutch relay control circuit.
*P0118 - Engine coolant temperature sensor input above the max acceptable voltage ( Shorted High)
Eng Coolant TMP VLT Value 5.00 Unit .
Eng Coolent TMP DEG Value 40 Unit Degc

You may have a faulty wire or connector as you seem to have generalised problems which seem likely to be electrical

As you have a '95, I thought that means you have an OBD1 computer system,
but you codes are OBD2 ? (connector is inside cabin, near left knee)

In any case, you state you have PCM codes, these need to be cleared, or the fault/s found and repaired
