Here is a pic of the bolts in question. I bought mine from WDS Construction and Engineering Products in Wetherill Park NSW 02 8788 8000 is their number.

It is called (on the invoice) a "screw thread rolling hex" and is M8x30. Cost was $9.50 for 16 of them.

Look great! One thing I noticed tho having put bigger wheels and tyres on an XJ b4 is that you may need to shorten them when you step up in tyre size ( I had to cut a fair bit out of my steps even with 31's on 8" globes)
I've been saving your pics as I will be making some for my WJ soon.

Thanks for that. They are exactly the same you get with other brand rails too thqat I have fitted for others. Also some of the mounting bolts for the rear airbag fitment too.
