Default Shudder when coming to a stop

Got a 2015 diesel auto. On occasions when we are coming to a stop, we get a shudder. It's like the torque converter isn't unlocking and it's still in gear. Happened to me a couple of times and the missus once or twice. My first guess would have been to check the oil level, which I haven't done yet but there are no signs of oil leaks anywhere

Has to go to jeep to get the S49 recall done so might speak to them but as we all know they won't know anything, won't have heard of it and the chances of replicating it with a tech are unlikely. Comes out of warranty at the end of the year though so best I at least tell them about it and get it noted.

Anyone else had this?

Nah, brake shudder would do it all the time. Cars done 32k km. It's like the car wants to stall. Basically just like if you forget to put clutch in on a manual car as you are coming to a stop

First thing to do, is read any fault codes, it should show up if there is an electrical issue with the gearbox.

I'm tipping you got a dodgey fuel rail, do the revs wander at idle?

Nah they don't really from memory but it is the wife's car so not 100% sure. Will keep an eye out. I still reckon it is torque converter/gearbox related though.
