Finished installing a Falcon cargo barrier today.

No modifications to the Jeep, not even a single hole drilled.

Fits perfect and rock solid

AU-BF as per this thread;
http://www.ausjeepoffroad.com/forum/...d.php?t=106186

But I went a different direction with the brackets. Will get some pictures during the week, planning to do a write up but could be a couple of weeks before I get time. Also planning to pull it back out so I can re paint the brackets first, can then get some pics of the brackets themselves.

Made a press to remove the pitman arm, ended up bending the thickest part of the press. Time to redesign it.

With some extra bracing on the press, I still could not take the pitman off, so I wrestled the box out, with the pitman attached. Using a combination of hammer and press the pitman came off very easy.
Turns out the previous owner also installed a reman box at some point.

Now...where's my steering box postal service ?

I installed the new steering box on Friday, still no power steering. So I wrestled it all the way to a friend's shop to install another power steering pump. Even with that, still no power steering.
So I installed a different cooling fan, power steering fixed.

The solenoid in the fan is fine (starts in full-tilt mode when unplugging the coolant temperature sensor). There are 2 other valves in the motor assembly, I will take them apart, probably a failed pressure relief valve caused my troubles.
