Default Yarra junction to noojee camping spots

Does anyone know of a good camping spot along the noojee-yarra junction road. the Latrobe river runs along the side of this road .i have never camped in this region b4 .

I'll have a look for ya on the w/e Raven. I know plenty of spots around the Noojee area but towards Lillydale I'm not so sure of. When ya heading there m8?

Ada River Road has a nice camping area and it's right on the Latrobe River. Keep along this for about 20km and you get to the Ada Tree - one big mother of a gum tree.
There is another spot on New Turkey Spur Road but haven't checked it out for some time. Then there is the camping area in Noojee itself right on the river - but it's a popular spot with toilets, shower, general store and two (yes 2) pubs and two (correct) resturants.

Camping can be tough....
