When I first read your topic I thought it must be a spam for Jenny Craig !
Well I guess that I got that wrong!
I used to have problems with a soft top on a sports car I had over 40 years ago. It would lift up a lot above 60mph (~100km/hr). wasnt much I could do about it. It was caused by an airfoil effect, ~ the air was rushing up over the windscreen & causing a low pressure over the roof. Just like the wing of a plane. Given how steep your jeeps windscreen is, one would expect this issue. I found that after it first happened it would stay loose when I stopped & I could screw up the frame to make it tight. Over time I found that it had stretched as far as it was going to & it didnt bulge up at all. Dont know if this is your problem, but probably worth considering.
