Default Gc 2.7crd in cold doesn't start

Hi and thanks for letting me be part of this great community.
I've read all posts and thanks to you I was able to identify parts and their codes. I'll start with a little background on what's happening for 3 years with my Jeep.
Summer 2015: under 10 degrees celsius at night, in the morning it would start fine but then die and crank a lot until started again. Went to a service and took a week cause it wouldn't start, but finally they attached a little hand pump between fuel pipe and fuel filter. All good until winter came and it wouldn't start at all.
For the past years I've been trying every single method I found on forums, such as plastic fuel lines(thanks for the codes!), Sprinter fuel filter, checked the HP and LP pumps and changed the o-rings, checked the injectors (return test) and checked the glow plugs. As far as the errors, I once had a Camshaft Position Sensor error but disappeared and the most recent I had was Fuel Pressure Sensor (the one on the rail) but disappeared as well. Been to a service and the mechanic who checked 'everything' said it's perfectly fine and he once had a Jeep with the same issue and it was the camshaft sensor so I changed it and.... nope. Still won't start. Fuel is in lines, the battery is good and it can crank until the battery would die. If there is -20 degrees in the night but in the day it would be above 0 degrees it will crank a little longer but start easily. If it starts it won't have any problems, the RPM will not fluctuate, it won't die and won't throw any smoke. At this point I don't know what to do anymore and I'm asking you for opinions. Thanks a lot!

Try doing a leak down test, that’s what comes to mind first. Injectors or fuel lines leaking down, losing pressure.

This is a wild guess...

Do you always buy fuel at the same place?

There is a fuel recirculation valve on the filter which recycles fuel until it warms up then starts returning to the tank via the cooler. If you have waxing fuel, you may see these symptoms in cold weather. Try an anti waxing additive next cold snap.

Or is there water in the filter that is freezing?

Okay, I'll stop grasping them straws.

If you are 100% positive that there is no bubbles in the lines when attempting to start ,and you mentioned injectors and fuel pump have been tested , and that you have no active low fuel pressure ,cam positioner sensor ect ect codes ,it may be you starter motor is not cranking fast enough when cold - caused by old , worn starter or battery not performing at it's optimum level -I fitted a 900CCA (cold cranking amps) battery to mine and now it start instantly - mind you I am not in -20C .Battery leads can also be an issue ,and it is possible the starter motor is 15 years old and passed it's prime . The WJ I now have has only done 155,000klms , but the hi pressure pump has been replaced and 3 injectors that caused hard starting (or no starting) have been also replaced ,these two items are generally the base cause of starting problems assuming no air in system , you mentioned a hand priming pump and fitting of Sprinter fuel filters which may indicate there was / or is a air leak on the vacuum side of your fuel system - suggest getting load test on your battery first -any decent battery shop can do it for free!
How many KLM's on engine , and where do you live that is so cold !

Have you checked the glow plugs at all?

I'd mostly suspect air in the fuel or a problem with the fuel pressure regulator if the injectors have been tested to be OK.

I found this, which is likely to be relevant:

Seems an injector with high leak-back can cause starting issues.
