Might not be the exact info you want ....
....... but it certainly convinced me I had placed way too much faith in the factory setup over the years.
I originally thought that the in tank oil "
cooler" would have been been a tube or two running across the radiator to receive air cooling .... yet it was only this piece of junk dangling in the hot side of the radiator.
And it would appear to be the wrong side ...
Tried the factory fitted aux cooler on its own ... Was slightly better ... but I wasnt satisfied with its performance for my use and summer temps ... Two of them together are barely adequate ... if the internet oil temp charts are any thing to go by.
Two inline was a marked improvement over the gearbox temps I recorded before changing stuff around tho.
New radiator stopped me getting any coolant temp variations for a factory radiator with a bypassed heat exchanger ... So maybe someone else will be good enough to have a play and give us some info
