Coonar is pretty much all sandy stuff, a few side tracks are a bit technical but you wouldn't have any dramas with the main trails. You can drive along the beach to Woodgate too.
Kinkuna would also be a good bet, again the fun stuff needs a bit of exploring/ knowledge. There might be a couple of little big holes that could stop stock tyres so I'd think twice about venturing out on your own as I don't remember any chicken trails around em.
Pine creek is more of a play area with rock and sand and most tracks would see you coming out with some fresh bush pinstripes.
You'll be right in most places around here just now with stock tyres if you air down a bit as there just not much mud around.
Havent done much of the forest stuff north but we were talking about exploring there soon.
