Here's a list of the Western Filters & Ez Oil part numbers/description that I used when fitting mine back in Jan 17- made my own bracket(s) to mount the catch can & the valve for the drain hose. The Western Filters drain valve started leaking after a couple of months so replaced it with the Ez oil drain valve which takes a hose on both ends.
Western filters Part No's:
PFPOH19 - Powaflex push on hose 19mm x 2mtrs
SHR2519B - Silicone hose reducer 25mm-19mm x 2
28605 - Connector straight 3/4" x 2
28625 - Connector elbow 3/4" x 2
HS012P - Hose clamp 14-32mm x 8
HS016P - Hose clamp 21-38mm x 2
PPDF11-012 Multipurpose clear hose 12mm ID, reinforced x 1 mtr
OS-SHB2590-B Oil resistant silicone hose 90 deg bend-70mm leg x 25mm ID x 1
5526-100 Flexfab straight silicone hose x 25mm ID suitable for oil mist x 1 mtr

Ezi Oil Part No's:

EZMH2 - Ez oil drain valve - double hose end type

Poly hose connectors 25-19mm straight reducers, 25-25mm joiners/90 deg elbows, 19-19mm joiners/90 deg elbows can be found here:
