Only time my radio crackles is when I use the horn lol. On FM. I don't use AM so haven't checked, can do for you though.

Have you done the headlight upgrade? The wires to the headlights are too thin and can't handle the current. They need to be fed via a relay, the same as the driving lights.

Default voltage drop

even with the headlight wiring upgrade your lights will brighten up when you rev up simple because your voltage will rise with increased revs. Easiest way to tell if your lights need relays is turn them on and then run a wire directly from battery to low beam and see if they brighten up. If so upgrade your wiring. To be honest it will be a given due to the vehicles age.

Nah I havent, theyre stock as. I was getting dipping via my driving lights which are fed by a relay and arent too big... also, I get dimming in the cabin lights if I am idling with the AC and lights on, and rev it (ie theyre dim at idle and brighten at 1000rpm) which is okay as I am driving at these levels. I cleaned the ground next to the battery and its terminals today. Where will I find more grounds?

Hmm My low beams have no issues...... Ill keep this in mind man.
