Default Passive entry not working

Ok, Guys
2021 Trailhawk

As it says in the title, Passive entry has decided to stop working.
I have 2 keys and both have the same issue
I have tried toggling the passive entry on/off in the U-connect
I have aslo tried changing the battery in the key fob, but i kinda suspected this wsn't the problem as all other functions work perfectly with both fobs.

So anyone any ideas? or experience similar issues?

Crisis has been averted Guys,
The sensor is in the Boot, where I had been fucking around and forgot to reconnect the plug
Picture is borrowed from another site.

My kinda guy there Colm....hand up wen we f### up...may not be the 'modern/americanised' way...ie: you prove Im wrong then we'll argue the point....strange ideology in a Country with those Gun Laws....but...wen the hand goes up at least everyone's on the same page and we can move forwa4d in a positive direction...not a 'false path'....I had a few f### ups myself just before Xmas....fixed now and happy they are...move on

Have you had any electrical work done recently. I had an auto electrician do some tow-bar wiring and he disconnected the receiver at the rear for the boot. It randomly stopped my passive entry working u til I reconnected it. Simple plug in the boot near the latch. Unscrew the silver plastic plate at the rear and it was under there. Reconnected and all fixed.

Haha just read the other replies……

Good outcome and a very handy reminder to us all ................... I have no idea if I knew or forgot about it myself but have certainly been guilty of a panic attack because I left something unplugged....... odd sensor in engine bay especially ..

Of course way back I did such a good job tuning my old FJ55 Cruiser it was running a bit rough (4pots) but not too bad on my way to work, horrible thoughts of I stuffed the timing on the dizzy, checked it out at work, went over everything and found 2 plug leads had pushed the caps inside, fixed the caps and back to smooth as silk....... that was many decades ago and the tradition still continues to this day but I blame "old timers" ..
