Anyone fabbed up their own brake line extension brackets?
G'day guys, as the title suggest, just want to know if anyone on here has fabricated their own brake line extension brackets? If so, how did you go about it? Also, pics would be great!!

Don't have pics, but just used a piece of metal about 3 inch long by 1 wide, hole at each and and bolt one side to the existing chassis mount and nut and bolt the brake line end

Did the same thing - was a piece of scrap 35x3mm aluminium strip I had lying around. After this pic I hit it with a squirt of matt black paint I had lying around.

Ripper, thanks for posting the pic SC!! This is exactly what I wanted
No worries mate. You will notice in the pic the brake line is hard up against the lump on the chassis and there is quite a gap a bit further back due to pulling it down. I have since gently bent the lines so they dont rub on the chassis and also sit closer behind that lump so the sway bar link upper bolt doesnt catch on it.
