No idea what the offset is. I basically took it to the the shop, told them what I wanted and make sure it is legal I can take some side pics tomorrow if you like but I can tell you it does not protrude outside the guard.
Today i replaced the spare tyre with a 255/70r18 and for those wondering it fit perfectly in the wheel well. I did have to remove the bins but all good. This tyre is the same diameter as the 275/65r18's but almost an inch narrower.
