I'll take the roof bars and the PDC if still there.
Body shells make good chook sheds.

I used to have a full length roof basket up top which regularly carried up to 120-130kg. With that weight the stock rails sag.

M8 I will keep them for you. The PDC is that the ECU? If yes its yours and I have the key, remote and key sensor to match so it should be plug and play. It still has the roof liner in and the console. If you know how to remove them they're yours as well.

Regards A

HELP yep it dose pay to read the FSM ( cough JJ )

The shift rail that goes through mode fork has a ground flat on each end...
On reassembly the flats can earthier way facing up or down. As it said in the FSM take note when removing the shift rail ( a bit late for me ) and I can't work out what these flats do............Hoping someone that had one down recently might know ( Cough RB )

Also the needle rollers that go around the main shaft. The kit had 54 needle rollers I can only get 53 to fit......I had the old ones that had been on the bench for long time and counted 52 expect 1 had rolled away buy have two?? Just doing a double check on this as I tried and tried and 54 will not fit.
Any help would be great..........

You need a FBH mate. The extra roller could be to allow for machining tolerances, if it's not flopping around it's probably ok, someone on here will know for sure. An old mechanic showed me a way to check tapered rollers after torqueing up, should be able to just very slightly move 1 roller with something pointy. Don't know if it's applicable to needles rollers without preload & he's no longer around to ask. Good luck with it mate. Regards oldon.
