AG. mate. Don't let your old rig looking like that worry you. It looks very similar to RB's rig and probably Bruggz one soon.

Also the needle rollers that go around the main shaft. The kit had 54 needle rollers I can only get 53 to fit......I had the old ones that had been on the bench for long time and counted 52 expect 1 had rolled away buy have two?? Just doing a double check on this as I tried and tried and 54 will not fit.

Well first time I've had a look at utube.. Got the correct info on the rail shaft flats... has to be correct as the butcher didn't remove the 3/16 roll pin on his TEAR down so the flats position has to be correct....

RB The needle rollers that go between the main shaft & differential. 231 could be different in this area. Happy with the 53 needles thinking just an extra in the pack

Oh OK I'd have to check how I removed it lol..... I took to all the copper with a set of side cutters trying to salvage everything I could get a few bucks for... I'm at the stage now where if it's fiddly to get off it either stays in place or the it comes off with the use of my various friendly persuaders...... The plastic gear under the main parts of the dash ended up coming out with the use of a hack saw. I've removed the and replaced the heater once and I CBF spending half that time again to take it back out for one last time........ I want to salvage the heater core though but I need a air con pipe tool. I want to salvage the air con pipes so will try not to be in too much of a haste to get them off....

Regards A
