I've got a 10/97 XJ that I've recently purchased, after doing some research I purchased a set of 777 Bosch injectors to replace the aging std ones. After fitting & resetting the ecu, I fired it up but it has a slight miss fire that I can't isolate to 1 particular cylinder so I've refitted the std units until I get more time to play with it. Has anyone had a similar issue when fitting 777 injectors?

I guess its fine now after re-installing original ones ?
I dont know what resistance values new injectors should have, but i would check all the injectors and see if one is different to the others...you may have a faulty one.
That would be my first test...

I haven't had chance to check the new ones yet, but it runs fine with the old injectors back in, just making sure that there wasn't something else that needs to be done after the change.

I struggle with the FSM hence why I decided on a Haynes. For what I need it should suffice. Obviously the FSM is going to be far more detailed but I need it in printed copy, so I can find the pages easier. I have printed pages off at work but anything over 20 pages and people start to ask why the printer taking so long to print their stuff. The Haynes will be fine for now. If I really need the FSM I have it on my laptop.

Do I have to reset the computer once the install is complete?

You dont have to..but it will then do a re-learn over the next 50 cold start warm up cycles, which will then adapt to the new injectors...
